All orders are handmade and packed with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Please note: Orders placed on Sundays may take a little longer than usual to arrive

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available, I’ll include the tracking number for you.

⚠️ Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (UK) after dispatch, please get in touch. I’ll do my best to track it down or offer a suitable solution.
