🔍 Step by Step: The Hendle Way
From vessel to box, here’s how we bring every candle to life:
1. Inspecting the vessels – each glass is hand-checked; even the smallest imperfection is rejected.
2. Cleaning for perfection – washed, dried, and polished with microfiber cloths to ensure a flawless wax finish.
3. Wicking by hand – each scent has a carefully tested wick type, placed by hand in the exact centre with a wick-centring tool.
4. Preheating the glass – vessels warm to 40°C on a heat mat, preventing sinkholes and bubbles during pouring.
5. Preparing the wax – melted, cooled to 65°C for fragrance blending, then stirred smoothly for maximum scent performance.
6. Pouring with care – at 50°C, wax is poured in small batches of 10 for precision and control.
7. Curing – cooled gradually on a heat mat, then cured at room temperature for a stable, smooth finish.
8. Finishing touches – wicks trimmed, tops perfected with a heat gun, vessels wiped clean.
9. Final inspection & packaging – every candle is hand-labelled, wrapped in premium paper mesh, placed in our signature white box, and carefully packed for shipping.
