At Hendle, every candle is handmade with care, and we want you to feel completely confident when you shop with us. While we hope you’ll love your candle from the very first burn, we’re here to make things right if something doesn’t go as expected.

✦ Returns
We accept returns in the following circumstances:

✔ Changed your mind? You can return your candle if it’s unused, unburnt, and in perfect resalable condition (no damage to the wax or container).

✔ Damaged in transit? Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund.

✔ Faulty candle? If you experience wick issues or poor burn performance, send us a brief description with a supporting photo so we can resolve it.

✦ Timeframe
✔ Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
✔ Once approved, you’ll have 14 days to send the item back.

✦ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

✔ Candles that have already been burnt or partially used
✔ Custom or personalised orders (unless they arrive damaged or faulty)

✦ Refunds
✔ Once your return is received and inspected — or your photos are reviewed — we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved.
✔ If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

✦ Return Shipping
✔ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is damaged or faulty).
✔ We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
